1. In the event of a CASCO accident, the Lessee is obliged to comply with and act in accordance with the terms of the Rental Agreement and to fill out the Ambercar car rental form “Report on vehicle damage or CSN”, as well as to comply with the general terms of the rental agreement;2. If up to two cars have suffered minor damage in a road traffic accident – the police do not need to be called, it is enough to fill out the agreed report of the road traffic accident;
3. If more than 2 cars are involved, it is necessary to call the police!
